Information You Send
A name, telephone number, or address entered into a search box is submitted to the third-party service that supplies its results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. If you contact us, we receive the content of your message and use it to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Hosting systems may create standard logs, including an IP address, browser information, viewed pages, and timestamps. We use aggregated information to maintain the service and understand general readership. Cookies or comparable tools may be used for basic analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement.
What We Do With This Data
We use this information to operate and improve the service, address technical issues, and measure traffic. We do not sell visitor lists or assemble individual visitor profiles.
Links to Other Websites
We link out to county and state records portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search tools. Their privacy policies, not ours, govern what you submit there. That is especially true of the sponsored search results, which a third-party company provides.
Who Might See Your Data
Hosting and support providers may process logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising providers can receive the automatic data described above. We disclose information only when valid legal process requires disclosure or as otherwise required by law.
How We Protect Your Data
The site runs over an encrypted connection and logs are kept only as long as the purposes above need them. There are no accounts here, so no password or profile of yours exists on this site to be exposed.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Choices
Depending on your circumstances, the New Jersey Data Privacy Act, P.L. 2023, c.266, may provide rights to access, correct, delete, obtain, or opt out of certain processing of personal data held by covered controllers. Because this service keeps very little, a request normally involves reviewing the contact mailbox and relevant logs, then removing applicable information. Use the Contact page to make a request. Public records held by New Jersey, Burlington County, or Medford custodians are outside our control; direct a correction or removal request for those records to the office that holds them.
Policy Changes
We will post a revised policy here when the policy changes. Continuing to use the service after publication means you accept the revised policy.
